The programme aims to generate income and create new employment through enterprise development in the rural and semi urban areas of Afghanistan . Creating facilities for small business development is another kind of avenues, which has a lot of opportunities in Afghanistan . The staff members conduct a survey in the community and gather the required information needed to run the programme.
